Career
As a highly-specialised study area, many graduates enter the programme knowing within which area of Egyptology they want to work. For example, as a museum curator or academic researcher, either at a university—often on a PhD programme—or at a research institution. You will also be qualified to work directly within the education sector or within cultural tourism. Aside from specialist careers, you will find graduates working within the policy-making departments of governmental bodies, publishing houses or throughout the corporate sector within management positions.
