De specialisatie in Bio-Farmaceutische Wetenschappen en Science-Based Business bereidt studenten voor op een carrière in het (wetenschappelijke) bedrijfsleven en voor innovatie en ondernemen vanuit een (bio-)farmaceutisch perspectief. Naast kennis over farmaceutische wetenschap, doen studenten bekwaamheid op in het functioneren van (mensen in) organisaties en het vaststellen en besturen van beleidsprocessen. In het eerste jaar van de specialisatie ligt de nadruk op de bio-farmaceutische wetenschappen, in het tweede jaar zal de student zich richten op de Science-Based Business.

Entry requirements
- A BSc degree in Bio-Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences or Pharmacy from any Dutch university. Students holding such degree will directly be admitted to the programme. For all other candidates, the Admissions Committee will evaluate the equivalence of their previous training to this Bachelor of Science degree. Please note, that basic research training in the field of life sciences is required. Students who have a BSc in Bio-Pharmaceutical Sciences from Leiden University are directly admissible.
- Proof of sufficient proficiency in English: IELTS test level of at least 6.5 or TOEFL score of at least 570/230, evidenced by appropriate test.
This requirement does not apply if you have:- completed your education in Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, New Zealand or Australia, or
- an International Baccalaureate
